The Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance oversees the procurement process, bid opportunities, how to become certified as a Minority or Female Business Enterprise (M/FBE), web resources, vendor registration, on-line bidding, vendor relations and training resources.  The Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance is responsible for the countywide purchase of goods and services for all county departments.

A business or person may enroll as a County vendor by using the “Vendor Self Service on-Line Application”
